Prepare for Being Green AFTER Christmas

Don't just throw out your old stuff if you get something new and cool for Christmas~
First, ask yourself: Is this still good? Can I give it away? Can I sell it? Things like clothing, especially jackets, ski pants and boots may be "old" to you, but if they aren't all worn out and yucky, then they might look pretty good to someone who has none! These things can go to the Salvation Army, local churches and GoodWill, missions, homeless shelters, and so on. They can also be shared on Freecycle.org
Is it an old tv, a chair, toys kids have outgrown? Same thing! Some papers, like It's Classified and Craig's list.com let us advertise or give away stuff for free! How cool is that?Lets keep this stuff out of the landfills unless it's really done for, and save our planet for our kids and their kids and help others at the same time by sharing instead of wasting stuff.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.   Yay!
